Heritage Photo Oman accepts photographs only for lawful photo-restoration purposes.

We do not accept photographs containing sexually explicit material, adult nudity, sexual exploitation or abuse of children, extreme violence, or any content prohibited by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Ordinary and lawful family photographs of babies or children will be considered individually. Heritage Photo Oman reserves the right to refuse any photograph that we consider inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the scope of our restoration services.

You must own the submitted photographs or have permission from the owner to submit them for restoration.

Submitted photographs will be used only to assess and complete the requested restoration. They will not be published, displayed in our gallery, shared on social media, or used for advertising without separate written permission from the owner.

If prohibited or potentially unlawful material is received, work will stop immediately. The material may be restricted, removed, or reported when required by law.

Customers should not submit identity cards, passports, bank documents, passwords, or other unnecessary private information with their photographs.
