File Uploads and Service Providers

Unless a longer period is agreed upon, project photographs and working files may be deleted 60 days after the job is completed.

Quotations, invoices, payment records, and correspondence may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary for accounting, business, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and photographs from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission, email system, or cloud-storage service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
